Conference and workshop organisation
We help organise academic and professional in-person conferences and workshop events and facilitate participation therein. Our services include participant registration handling, on-site coordination support, and, where applicable, the arrangement of accommodation and board.
Participation in such events is subject to a registration fee. Where accommodation and board are offered, these are provided as part of the event package.
- Registration fee: typically EUR 150–500 per participant (event-dependent).
- Accommodation & board: typically EUR 60–140 per person/night (if applicable).
The exact scope and total price are always specified on the individual payment request or invoice.

- Hourly rate: typically EUR 90–180 per hour.
- Day rate: typically EUR 900–1,400 per day.
Scope and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to delivery (email or contract) and then invoiced accordingly.
